Author: making a presentation in the conference with paper publication.

Presenter: making a presentation at the conference without paper publication.

Delegate: If you would like to attend this conference as listener, you could simply make reigstration via online system directly. After payment, please send email to inform Ms. Emma Zhou.

 

Note:

The registration covers the 1 person's attendance & 1 paper; additional paper must be separately registered as an “Additional Paper” and paid in full. Co-authors who will not make presentation can register as Listener in order to attend.
One regular registration is within TEN Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
Conference staff will NOT call to ask you pay via phone for registration/lodging/air ticket etc. Please ignore any calls/emails that ask you to pay. Delegate Registration Fees Include:

Accommodation: 

-Accommodation is NOT included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. 

-Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.

 

Refund: 

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
* 40-60 days ahead of the conference: 40% of payment refund
* Within 40 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. 
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

 

Property Safety: 

-For your property safety, please take good care of your valuables during the entire conference (including the registration day, conference day & one day visit). The conference organizer does not assume any responsibility for your personal losses.
